01When do I get access?

Right away. Your login arrives by email and you get every collection that has finished its final review. The rest open as each one is done. The official launch is January 1, 2027.

02Do I need a Travefy subscription?

Yes. Everything in the Vault is built in Travefy and used in Travefy. It does not work with Tern or other platforms.

03How do the templates get into my account?

Open a template from the Vault and save it to your own Travefy Library. From there it is yours to edit and brand.

04Can I edit the templates?

Yes, and you should. Add your voice, remove what you do not need and make each one sound like you.

05What if a resort I sell is not in there yet?

New collections are added every month, and members can request a property from inside the Vault.

06How is this different from the Travefy Systems Intensive?

The Vault gives you the templates and you set them up yourself. The Systems Intensive is me building and branding your Travefy account for you.

07How do I get the presale price?

Enter the code for the month you join at checkout. October: code VAULTOCT, first year $277. November: code VAULTNOV, first year $287. December: code VAULTPRESALE, first year $297. From January 1, 2027 the price is $333.

08What happens when my year is up?

Your membership renews one year after you join, at $333 per year. You can cancel before your renewal date and you will not be charged again. Important: cancelling ends your Vault access right away. It does not run to the end of the year you paid for, and nothing is refunded. Payhip, the platform that hosts the Vault, handles cancellations this way and I do not control it. If you do not plan to renew, cancel shortly before your renewal date.

09Is there a payment plan or a refund?

No. Membership is paid in full each year. Because you get digital materials right away, all sales are final.

10Will the Vault ever go on sale?

No. The Vault is not part of my Black Friday sale or my birthday sale. The presale price is the lowest it goes, and October is the lowest presale month.

11Can my team share one membership?

No. Each membership covers one advisor. If you run an agency, email me and we will talk about team access.

12I already bought your form bundles or saved messages. Do I need this?

You keep what you bought. The Vault adds the resort templates, the guides and everything released from here on.
