G. Business Transactions.
We may disclose or transfer Personal Information in connection with an actual or contemplated merger,
acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, change in ownership, or other corporate
transaction involving all or part of the Company’s business.
H. With Your Consent.
We may disclose Personal Information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.
4. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising Tools.
We and certain third parties use cookies and similar technologies on the Website to keep it working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Website, and measure how well our marketing works. These include:
Google Analytics, which shows us how visitors find and use the Website, such as pages viewed, time on site, and general location and device type. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
The Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), which helps us measure our ads and show ads to people who have visited the Website. You can adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
These tools also run on the pages we use for checkout and scheduling, including Payhip (our digital product store) and Calendly (our booking calendar).
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Website may not work properly if you do.
5. Third-Party Websites and Services.
The Website may contain links to websites, applications, booking services, social-media platforms, travel
suppliers, or other third-party services that are not operated or controlled by the Company. If you access a
third-party website or service, that third party may collect, use, and disclose information about you in
accordance with its own privacy policy and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices,
security, content, or policies of third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the

information necessary to process the transaction. For certain travel reservations that we make on your
behalf, you may provide payment-card information to us through Travefy or another secure process. We
may access and use that information as necessary to submit payment or reservation information to the
applicable travel supplier, booking platform, or payment processor.
For retreat registrations and other transactions processed through third-party platforms, including
SquadTrip and Stripe, payment information may be submitted directly to or processed through those
providers.
We use reasonable measures designed to protect payment information. However, no method of
transmitting or storing information electronically is completely secure.
We retain payment information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was
collected, to complete or administer transactions, to resolve disputes, to comply with legal or financial
recordkeeping requirements, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
8. Information Security.
Because we handle information that may include passport information, dates of birth, payment-card
information, and other information necessary to arrange travel, we take reasonable measures designed to
limit access to Personal Information to individuals and service providers who have a legitimate business
need for such access. We do not guarantee that our security measures will prevent every unauthorized
access, use, disclosure, or other security incident.
9. Data Retention.
We retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, administer
and document transactions, maintain appropriate business and financial records, comply with legal and
regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, protect our legitimate business interests,
and for other purposes permitted by applicable law. The length of time we retain particular information
may vary depending upon the nature of the information, the purpose for which it was collected, the
Company’s legal and business obligations, and other relevant circumstances.
10. Children's Privacy.
The Website and our services are not directed to children. However, in connection with family travel, a
parent, guardian, or other adult traveler may provide us with Personal Information about a child for
purposes of arranging or administering travel. We use such information only as reasonably necessary to
provide the requested services and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from children in circumstances where such
collection is prohibited by applicable law. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a
child in violation of applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information as required by
law. Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided Personal Information to us may contact us
using the information provided below.
11. Your Privacy Rights and Choices.
Depending on where you reside and subject to applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your
Personal Information. These rights may include the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or
a copy of certain Personal Information, as well as rights to opt out of certain communications or
processing activities.
To submit a privacy-related request, please contact us using the contact information below. We may need
to verify your identity before responding to certain requests. We will respond to requests within the time
period required by applicable law.
If you are entitled to appeal our response to a privacy request, we will provide information concerning the
applicable appeal process when we respond to your request.
Nothing in this section limits any privacy rights you may have under applicable law.
12. De-Identified and Aggregated Information.
We may create or use information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it does not reasonably
identify an individual. We may use, disclose, and otherwise process aggregated or de-identified
information for purposes including analyzing trends, measuring Website usage, improving our services,
conducting research, and other legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable law.
13. International Travel and Third-Party Processing.
We are based in the United States and provide travel services to customers who may reside in the United
States or other countries. In connection with providing our services, Personal Information may be

laws in those countries may differ from those in your country of residence.
14. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information.
We do not sell your Personal Information for money. We do use the Meta Pixel and similar tools to measure and show ads, which some state privacy laws may consider “sharing” for targeted advertising. To opt out, email [email protected] with the subject “Do Not Share” and we will honor your request. We also use third-party service providers to operate our Website, administer our marketing activities, provide analytics, facilitate bookings, or perform other services on our behalf.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services,
technology, legal requirements, or other circumstances. When we make changes, we will update the “Last
Updated” date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we may provide
additional notice as required by applicable law. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy
